"The  human  will  is  intensity  of  desire  raised  to  the  level  of  action."

You want to close the gap between your expectations for your life and your current reality.

You are overwhelmed, off balance, and getting a lot less done than you know you're capable of doing.

Your creative ideas consume your attention but you're missing the structure, skills, and support to bring them to life.

Your dream clients aren't biting, your self doubt is screaming at you, and the fire is slowly burning out...

Sound familiar? Me too...I lived in this place for years while I worked a corporate job and wrestled with the idea of becoming an entrepreneur. It was restless, it was frustrating, it was distracting, but ultimately it lit the fire inside of me.

I'm Lindsay Roselle and I'm a serial entrepreneur, owner of several successful businesses, and a business coach and brand strategist for inspired individuals who want to improve their performance in their current pursuits, build and run their own successful business, or explore an idea that could become their life's work.

Is this you? Great! I'm here to incite change in your perspective, push you to take action, and ignite the fire within you...all while keeping you accountable to your self-care and wellbeing.

Nothing sparks my passion more than helping people experience the feeling of success.

My personal journey with success has been bumpy to say the least. I spent 9 years working for a large multi-national corporation, climbing the ladder, traveling the world, and leading multi-million dollar partnerships. I achieved many of my career goals, worked with businesses all over the globe, and checked the box of earning a 6-figure salary, but I never felt like I got to create in the way I wanted. Something was missing, and it ate away at my soul.

Towards the end of my corporate career, I knew something had to change. The practice of yoga had been instrumental to my wellness as I managed frequent international business travel and the accompanying jet-lag, illness, and burnout. I'd taken a 200 Hour Teacher Training program in early 2011 and instantly knew I wanted to create a yoga studio of my own. In early 2012 I opened Mindstream Yoga in my hometown of Fort Collins, CO with my stepmom. I knew it wouldn't immediately free me of corporate job, but the path was cut. Within two years the studio was generating multiple six-figures a year and with my body, mind, and spirit exhausted from my career, I decided it was time to take the leap into full-time entrepreneurship.

Some people called me brave, some called me crazy, but most people said they were jealous.

And something clicked.

Here were dozens of colleagues, contacts, and friends expressing their desire to make a transformational change but already believing it was impossible for them. By this time, I'd invested several hundred thousand dollars in a formal business education and thousands of hours in the experience of being an entrepreneur at the yoga studio, not to mention all the insights gained from working inside a large corporation. It didn't take me long to decide I wanted to take all this energy and direct it into helping current and aspiring entrepreneurs build their brands, grow their income, and feel wildly successful by sharing my knowledge and experience.

Scary to be out on my own? Yes.

Hard to walk away from a steady 6-figure paycheck and great benefits (and even harder to explain it to my mom)? Yes.

The most exhilarating, motivating, challenging, and fulfilling time of my life to date? Yes.

I've loved every minute of it, even the hard ones. And I've made more money most months than I was making in the corporate world in a quarter, all while having complete control of my own schedule. Freedom. Autonomy. Ease. It's truly bliss, realized.

Today, my coaching and brand consulting work centers around helping current and aspiring entrepreneurs realize their vision of success, no matter what stage they're at with their business or idea.

I know what it feels like to struggle with the feeling of wanting more. I know what it feels like to take the big risk to go out and get it. I know what it feels like to be successful and live your purpose.

I now devote my life to helping others feel that way too.

Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to change the world in a big way. Back then it was by being an astronaut or a movie star (or as my dad likes to remind me...both simultaneously). In retrospect, neither were realistic for a Colorado girl who would rather ride horses or hike 14ers than walk a red carpet, but I never gave up on the idea of going big.

Now I know my role in changing the world includes helping others to take the big leap into creating the businesses, brands, and lifestyles they desire, while continuing to lead by example in how I shape and create my own life.

Entrepreneurship is hard, it's vulnerable, it takes grit, curiosity, trust, confidence and ACTION. But it's also incredibly rewarding, abundant, impactful...and it's the best path to freedom I know.

Does my story resonate with you? Let's connect.

"Sky above me. Earth below me. Fire within me."

Lindsay is an entrepreneur, a strategist, a connector, and a yogi. She grew up in Colorado spending her days reading, riding horses, practicing yoga, and dreaming about the stars. She also loved homework (especially math and physics!), which led to attending the University of California, Berkeley in 2001 in pursuit of an Astrophysics degree. Though she switched to Political Science after her first semester, the education she received at Berkeley honed her critical thinking, writing and communication skills, and creative mindset.

She now works with other entrepreneurs to build vision, brands, and businesses that start strong, run smoothly, and grow big. She thrives in creative environments working with people committed to ambitious missions executed with clearly defined vision. Her approach is intuitive and collaborative, with a strong mindset of success.

Lindsay’s areas of expertise include branding, visual storytelling, online strategy, community development, business and lifestyle coaching, event planning and execution, leader and owner mindset, lifestyle/wellness/yoga industry insights and business management skills, inspiration, and connection.

Lindsay has founded several companies, including Women& Inc, which brings entrepreneurial and professional women together for connection, education, and wellbeing via events, workshops, and online programming. Since its founding in 2015 Women& Inc events have drawn more than 1000 women from Northern Colorado together to create a welcoming, supportive community in which to celebrate other women.

She is also the founder of the Candescence Group, a brand strategy agency specializing in brand development, marketing and website strategy, and general business management consulting.

Prior to launching the Candescence Group, Lindsay spent 9 years with Schneider Electric, where she managed the global strategic alliance with Esri, Inc, and a formalized channel partner program that included 20+ domestic and 70+ international distributors covering 100+ countries.

In 2011, Lindsay founded Mindstream Yoga, Inc in Fort Collins, CO. The studio features more than 50 classes per week and is geared towards mindful, mainstream yoga practitioners looking for an upscale, friendly community. Lindsay is active in the operation of the studio’s corporate strategy and teaches regularly.

Through her experience as a yoga studio owner and user of MINDBODY Online software, in early 2016 Lindsay co-founded MINDBODY One, a customer-led community of MINDBODY users collaborating about business strategy, MINDBODY optimization, and wellness community development. MINDBODY One hosts regional events, local meetups, and offers a large online community forum in partnership with MINDBODY Online, a $500M+ publicly held company with over 55,000 clients worldwide.

Lindsay is a lifelong student and will receive her 500 Hour certification in Yoga Medicine with Tiffany Cruikshank in 2016. Lindsay also studies mindfulness and its application in organizations and with individuals, which she incorporates into all aspects of her professional life. She attended MBSR training with Jon Kabat-Zinn in June 2014.
