Hey, I’m Lindsay!
I’m the host of the MotherLoad Podcast, an acclaimed speaker, and COO of Bossbabe + CEO Mama.
After spending nearly a decade in the corporate world, I transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship and have since built multiple 6 and 7 figure businesses, coached + consulted with hundreds of leaders, organizations, and brands, and produced + hosted over 100 live events for ambitious women.
I have a knack for strategy + operational excellence and a passion for mindset mastery + inner work. I love to bring the two together in my various roles in business, life, and parenthood.
I truly LOVE to work, so “hobbies” aren’t really my thing, though I do love to bake sourdough, tend to my ever-growing houseplant collection, and nurture my obsession with microdosing mushrooms.
I’m known to rise before the sun and journal daily in my now famous 'Dark Hour' practice. I know intimately what it’s like to seek harmony under the weight of the motherload and I live the work myself as mama to two little boys, Sawyer and Wesley, and partner to their daddy R.T. Custer. We live in Northern Colorado with our dogs Axe and Roy.
